Medication Prescriptions and Refills
Please ask your health care provider to refill any routine medication prescriptions during your visits to the Holland Community Health Center. If you need a medication refill between appointments, please call (616) 394-3788 during regular office hours. When requesting a medication refill, please provide your name, the medication name and the name and phone number of the pharmacy you prefer. Be aware that medication refills may take up to 48 hours. Medications will not be refilled in the evenings or on weekends except in emergencies.
After-Hours Care
For urgent situations occurring after business hours, please call (616) 394-3788 to connect to the on-call nurse who can help you determine appropriate home-care interventions or if you should seek further care in the emergency room.
